The bed was superbly comfortable, and having a clawfoot tub in the bathroom added a touch of charm. The refillable bathroom amenities were much appreciated, and the plentiful selection of teas was a delightful touch. However, inconsistencies in breakfast quality—especially on the first day—lowered the overall experience. Also, given the price, attention to some finer details was lacking, which detracted from what could have been a standout stay.

This stay featured a spacious room with two types of pillows, catering to both our preferences, along with a fantastic blow dryer. Breakfasts varied, with the second morning's meal being noticeably better than the first, which was a tad lacking. The drink bar upon entry was a delightful touch, though noise from nearby trains and church bells disrupted the peaceful ambiance we hoped for.

Staying at Edwards House was a delight! The King Room was spacious, featuring a comfortable bed that made sleeping in a treat. The clawfoot tub in the bathroom was an absolute highlight, perfect for unwinding. I loved the sweet welcome cookies and the drink bar with an assortment of teas and coffee. The second day’s breakfast of tacos was delicious, adding to the overall fantastic experience.
The continental breakfast could be more substantial.
